General English Pre-Intermediate
The entry requirement for the Pre-Intermediate General English class is completion of the AICOL Beginner Course or assessment based on an AICOL Entrance Test. Pre-Intermediate (Elementary English) level is equivalent to CEFR A2.
International students need an appropriate visa such as a visitor visa, a student visa, working holiday visa etc. The student visa requires 20 hours face-to-face study plus 3 hours of general independent study with a teacher. The additional 3 hours of study is an optional extra for students on other visas.
AICOL is located opposite the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre and three minutes’ walk from Australia Fair shopping centre.
